İNSAN KAYNAKLARI - EĞİTİM FAALİYETLERİMİZ

Genel Eğitim Programları, yıllık olarak planlanarak, 2006 yılından beri yürütülmektedir. Her yıl için planlanan eğitim konularına, Topluluk hedefleri, geliştirilmesi beklenen bilgi, beceri ve yetkinlikler doğrultusunda karar verilmektedir. Firmamız kendi bünyesinde çalışanlarının gelişim ihtiyaçlarını belirleyerek, eğitimlere "uzman"dan "genel müdür"e kadar tüm çalışanlarının katılımını sağlar.

Eğitim sistemimiz, firmamızdaki organizasyon yapısına paralel oluşturulmuştur. Firmamızda göreve yeni başlayan çalışanlarımız, pozisyonlarına uygun olarak Oryantasyon, eğitimlerine katılırlar. Daha sonra kariyer basamakları doğrultusunda kişisel gelişimlerini sağlayacak genel eğitim programlarına katılımları sağlanarak gelişimleri desteklenir.

Firmamızda misyon, vizyon ve hedefler doğrultusunda çalışanlarımızın teknik bilgi ve kişisel becerilerini geliştirmek amacıyla eğitimler düzenlenmektedir. Firmamızın insan kaynakları politikaları içerisinde, stratejik bir öneme sahip olan eğitim sistemimiz, çalışanlarımızın gelişimini desteklemeyi, motivasyon ve iş tatmini yaratmayı hedeflemektedir.

The tenth DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR - Asia's largest international tradeshow for floor coverings - will be held from 11-13 March 2008 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As Yasin Kaplan Carpet, we will be in this exhibition at Booth No. W1H30 at Turkish Pavillion. EURASIA FLOOR - ISTANBUL 2008

3-6 April 2008

From the 3rd until the 6th of April 2008, Yasin Kaplan Carpet will be showing at Eurasia Floor 2008 (Floor Exhibition at Istanbul Exhibition Center ) Istanbul/TURKEY, its area rug collection in Acrylic and PP Heatset and Shaggy and Super Shaggy. Yasin Kaplan Carpet Domestic Sales Group will be present with the latest carpets and area rugs collections and some new developed special collections of Shaggy and Acrylic.

AFTER DOMOTEX HANNOVER 2008

The YASIN KAPLAN CARPET stand at Domotex Hanover 2008 has received an overwhelming response from visitors to the world's most comprehensive floor covering expo, which was held in Hanover from 12 to 15 January.

Record number of visitors descended upon the Yasin Kaplan Carpet stand at Domotex 2007 in January, to witness first hand the product innovations and new developed collections.

The re-colouring of established favorites with trend-setting palettes drew considerable interest, along with some eye catching design and quality additions to Kaplan's product portfolio. Especially new developed Super Shaggy collections and fantastic colors in Shaggy collections was appreciated by visitors.

Yasin Kaplan Carpet (Kaplanlar Textile) is proud to express that in 2008 new investments in carpet factory and yarn factory will be performed. It was planned to increase the capacity of yarn factory 30% and carpet factory 40%. It was become one of the 1000 big exporters of all sectors in Turkey as last year which was declared by TIM (Turkish Exporters Committee) Chamber of Commerce in Istanbul. And it was awarded by Chamber of Commerce in Gaziantep as 4th bigger exporter in its region.
