Yasin Kaplan Carpet Factory is one of the biggest carpet manufacturers in Turkey with capacity of about 500.000 sqm per month and in various qualities of PP BCF, PP Heatset, Acrylic and Shaggy. It is one of the well-organized factory in its sector with qualified Design Department, Customer-based Design Team for new projects and designs and Foreign Trade Department.
Yasin Kaplan Carpet Yarn Factory is established in 2002 with last technology extruders. This plant is invested for meeting the yarn demand of its own carpet factory by giving advantage for colors, trial productions, and new projects. Now this factory is producing PP BCF and PP Heatset yarn and special yarns for special collections of Carpet Factory with capacity of 10 tons/day.
The main products are PP Heatset, PP BCF, Acrylic and Shaggy carpets as well as soft touch Super Shaggy in various qualities from 160.000 points to 1 Million points quality with assorted and most popular colors in the world market. In this connection, it is using its advantage of working as an integrated factory from raw material to final product.
Kaplanlar Textile Foreign Trade and Ind. Ltd. Co., as our exporter company of Yasin Kaplan Carpet Factory, is one of the largest exporter companies in Turkey. We are proud to express that it is the 3rd biggest exporter in Gaziantep city with 100% export of all production capacity of 500.000 sqm per month. It is exporting all continents and over 40 countries all over the world currently.
Yasin Kaplan Carpet is established in 1983 with mechanical carpet looms and passed to its new factory in Gaziantep Planned Industrial Zone in year of 1999 with computer-based automatic looms from Europe. Now it has 16 full automatic carpet machines with last technology with 8 color frames. Machines are from two biggest and professional carpet machine companies; Van De Wiele and Schonherr.
